Ingredients

  1. 1as needed Shredded or grilled chicken
  2. 1as needed Mixed greens
  3. 1Apple, cubed
  4. 1as needed Salad dressing vinaigrette
  5. 1Soft tortilla

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take an apple and cut/cube it so they are in small squares

  2. 2

    Lay a soft tortilla on a pan and let it warm up or get crisp

  3. 3

    While the tortilla get warm, shred grilled chicken

  4. 4

    As the tortilla is warming up, place mixed green leaves on top of the tortilla

  5. 5

    Place shredded chicken on top of the bed of mixed greens, then the cut apples

  6. 6

    Take take out the now warm/crisp tortilla and lay it on a plate

  7. 7

    Add the vinaigrette (I used champagne pear with Gorgonzola vinaigrette) on top

  8. 8

    If you like, add more mixed greens on top
