Ingredients

  1. Shrimp Ground
  2. Beef Ground
  3. 2 tbsdark soy sauce
  4. 2 tbsoyster sauce
  5. 1 tbssesame oil
  6. 1large egg
  7. 1 tea spoonwhite pepper
  8. 1 tbsfish sauce
  9. 1 tbssugar
  10. Beef stock
  11. Shrimp stock
  12. 2large onion
  13. Cow’s bones
  14. leavesOnion

Cooking Instructions

    The Filling : Mix beef and shrimp ground in a large bowl, add sesame oil, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, pepper and an egg. Mix them well about 10-15 minutes. Rest them in a fridge, covered with plastic wrapped.

    The soup: boiled a water about 5 glasses, add cow’s bones, shrimp’s head and the onions. Add soy sauce, pepper and little fish sauce for the taste.

    Use the instant dumpling wrappers or you can make by your self. Once all already wrapped with dumplings, steam them about 7-10 minutes.
