Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwheat flour
  2. 200 gmpaneer,
  3. 150 gmspring onion,
  4. 1small onion finely chopped,
  5. 2chopped green chilli,
  6. 1 tspchopped coriander
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Ghee as required

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl put flour,pinch of salt and add some water to make dough

    Now grate the paneer and add all ingredients mix well

  3. 3

    Now roll the chapati and put paneer and spring onion mixture and spread all side now cover with another chapati and press all side properly

  4. 4

    Take a tawa heat it and put paratha aply ghee and rost both side till golden brown

  5. 5

    Now Paneer spring paratha is ready

  6. 6

    Serve with butter or curd it's healthy breakfast
