Ingredients

  1. 1 cupFlour
  2. Water
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 3eggs
  5. 1green pepper
  6. 1red bell pepper
  7. 1bonnet pepper
  8. Pinchblack pepper
  9. Some onions
  10. Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add the flour and pich of salt make and little water make a smooth soft dough.

    In another bowl crack the eggs add the onions,green pepper,red pepper amd some bonnet pepper to taste, sprinkle some black pepper and salt mix everthing together.

    Divede the dough into 4 pieces roll each dougj flat using rolling pin.

    In a pan add little oil then the roll dough on low heat spread some of the egg mixture and cover 1 minutes then turn the other side of the egg and cooked for another 2 minutes set aside and divede the parathe into pieces and served
