Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 1and half tablespoon oil
  3. Teaspoonsalt
  4. pinchBaking powder
  5. Pinchspices
  6. Water
  7. Sauce
  8. Onions
  9. Scotch bonnet
  10. Seasonings
  11. Curry
  12. Sardine fish

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the dry ingredients together add oil and knead well

    Add water to make a soft dough

  3. 3

    Knead well and divide it into four

  4. 4

    Roll it flat

  5. 5

    To your frying pan, add just a table spoon oil and fry it till golden brown

  6. 6

    Repeat the procedure for the rest

  7. 7

    For the sauce, add your chopped onions and scotch bonnet with a little oil, add your sardine,curry,salt, spices and seasonings. Mix well and serve when it's done.
