Ingredients

30 minutes
  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 tspoil
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. as neededWater for dough
  5. 1 cupgrated/mashed paneer
  6. 1/4chopped onions
  7. 2 tbspfinely chopped coriander and mint leaves
  8. 1 tspchopped green chili
  9. 1 inchgrated ginger
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspred chilli powder
  12. as per needGhee for making paratha

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the whole wheat flour, salt, oil and water in a bowl and knead into a semi soft dough.

    Cover the dough with a lid and keep aside for 10 minutes.

    For stuffing take a bowl add mashed paneer, onion, green chili salt, coriander and mint leaves and mix well.

    After 10minutes divide the dough and stuffing into 4equal portions and keep aside.

    Place a portion of stuffing in the center fold the edges towards the center and press well.

    Roll it again like a Paratha.

    Heat a nonstick tawa and cook the Paratha using ghee till golden brown spots appear on both sides.

    Now Paratha is ready to serve.

  9. 9

    Serve hot with any chutney or sauce.
