Ingredients

  1. 2 eachchicken breasts
  2. 2 slicesmoked beef
  3. 50 gramsspinach (blanch)
  4. 2 slicesliced cheese
  5. 1/4 kgall-purpose flour
  6. 2 eacheggs
  7. 500 gramsbreadcrumbs
  8. 1 litervegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Fillet chicken breasts to make it looks larger (butterfly fillet shape) so that you will be easier when you roll it.

    Put some plastic wrap over the chicken, make it thinner with meat hammer.

  3. 3

    Put smoked beef and sliced cheese and spinach over the chicken.

  4. 4

    Roll the chicken carefully and make sure that it is rolled and solid texture.

  5. 5

    Coat that rolled chicken to the all-purpose flour then egg then finally breadcrumbs

  6. 6

    Prepare hot cooking oil then deep fried the chicken with medium heat.

  7. 7

    Wait until chicken to be golden-brown color. Rest it for a few minutes and ready to serve:)
