Ingredients

  1. 1 smallbag hash browns
  2. 2Eggs
  3. 1Avocado
  4. 4Pieces of bacon
  5. 1 tbspMinced garlic
  6. 2 tbspOlive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat olive oil and minced garlic in a skillet. Add hash browns and cook until brown.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile, cook your bacon in a separate pan.

  3. 3

    When hash browns and bacon are about done, cook your eggs in a desperate pan to your liking. I did over easy.

  4. 4

    Place hash browns on plate. Add eggs, bacon and avocado.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle cracked black pepper on top and pour on some tapatio!
