Ingredients

1-2 servings
  1. 16 ouncescanned corn beef hash
  2. 2extra large eggs
  3. To tastesalt and ground black pepper
  4. 2 teaspoonextra Virgin olive oil
  5. 3 tablespoonwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a skillet add the hash and turn as needed but get it crispy and crunchy. When it is crispy make 2 craters. Add the eggs to the craters season with salt and pepper.

    Take the 3 tablespoon of water and cover.

  3. 3

    Steam for 3-5 minutes till whites are done but the yokes are runny. Add to a plate
