Ingredients

1 jarof Black Bean and Corn Salsa (I prefer Tastefully Simple)
1 packagesPhiladelphia Cream Cheese
1 packagesCheese. (I prefer 4 State Cheddar or Mexican Blend)

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.

In 2 qt baking dish, spread package of cream cheese on bottom.

Pour salsa over cream cheese.

Cover salsa with desired amount of cheese (I typically use two cups).

Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Enjoy with favorite tortilla chips.

I did not have salsa and did not want to go to the store so i went to the cabinet and came up with this. you can use cilantro if you have it, i did not so i used what i had. i also do not like chunky salsa so if you like chunky salsa you can use regular diced tomato or skip the blending step and juct chop the jalapeno
