Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupbread flour
  2. 1/4 tspinstant yeast
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 3/4 cupwarm water

    Combine bread flour, yeast and salt, then pour warm water, use spatula fold it to Combine the ingredients

    Use plastic wrap cover the bowl and rest for 3 hours on counter top

    Lay parchmen paper on greased baking tray and preheat oven at 230c

  4. 4

    Sieve some flour on dough, use scrapper to fold it about 15 times, then cover with tea towel and rest for another half an hour

  5. 5

    Move the dough to baking tray and bake for 20mins, then rest in oven for 10mins for the remaining heat
