Cooking Instructions

Mix ingredients. Let rise at room temp for 12 -18 hours.

Heat oven to 450° f. Bake cast iron skillet or dutch oven for 30 mins.

Turn dough out onto a heavily floured surface. Let rest while skillet heats.

Bake for 30 mins with a lid on. Then remove lid and bake for a further 15 mins. Done!

You can add different flavorings, but it must be done prior to the initial rising of the dough. Wheat flour makes it very dense.
