Ingredients

  1. 2fingers of plantain, peeled and sliced
  2. 10king prawns, cleaned and deveined
  3. 1medium carrot, julienne cut
  4. 1red bell pepper, julienne cut
  5. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  6. 2habanero pepper diced
  7. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  8. Bunchspring onion
  9. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1/2 cupdiced chicken breast
  12. DashChef Stone's Secret Spice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Season plantain with salt, black pepper or Chilli flakes if you have any and secret spice. Deep fry until golden browns

  2. 2

    Set a wok/ frying pan over high heat and add olive oil once pan is hot

  3. 3

    Add prawns and chicken breaks season with salt, onion, garlic, pepper and secret spice

  4. 4

    Add carrots, lemon juice and bell peppers

  5. 5

    Top with spring onions just before prawns are cooked through

  6. 6

    Serve with fried plantain
