Ingredients

  3. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar (about 65 grams)
  4. 7 ouncesmargarine or butter at room temperature (about 200 grams)

  7. 1 1/2 cupssugar (about 300 grams)
  8. 1lemon (juice and zest)
  9. 4 tablespoonsflour (about 80 grams)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix the crust ingredients in a bowl until you have a soft dough.

    Spread it in a tart pan about 10 inches in diameter to cover the bottom and sides, and prick it with a fork in several places.
