    Put the butter and the sugar into a batter.

    Mix it until combined. In the low speed, add the flour.

    Mix it really well and combine the dough with your hands, making a ball.

    Put it into a 25 cm pan, and put it in the oven at high temperature for 15-18 minutes.

    Make the filling: mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice, making a thick cream.

    Now, put the Whipping powder into a batter with the milk and mix it for about 6-8 minutes.

    Put the filling in the pie crust, top with the whipping cream and put it in the fridge until you want to serve it.
