Cooking Instructions

Slice your round yam and use these cookie cutters to cut the shapes then season yam and fry.

For the egg..
Season and fry your diced vegetables and set aside. - 3
Using a non stick pan, place same cookie cutters on the pan and spray pan and cookie cutters with a non stick olive oil cooking spray. Allow to heat up and carefully pour the whisked egg into the separate cookie cutters, when almost set, top the eggs with the fried vegetables.
Gently flip cookie cutter using a flat spatula turner and let it set. - 4
Then gently remove egg from cookie cutter(it would slide out easily because of the non stick spray)place egg on top the fried egg and top with more fried vegetables
