Ingredients

  1. 2Onion
  2. 10-12Prepared idlis
  3. 8-10Curry leaves
  4. 1 tspMustard seed
  5. 1 tspDhania powder
  6. Chat masala to sprinkle

    Cut idlis into small pieces. Take a frying pan and add oil into it. Add mustard seeds in oil. When the seeds atart to splutter add green chillies and curry leaves. Put chopped onion and stir till golden in colour. Add salt, dhania powder and stir for 2 minutes. Cover the lid and put on low flame for another 2 minutes. Put off the flame and serve hot with chat masala sprinkled evenly.
