Gajar Ka Halwa (Carrot Halwa Recipe) Gajar Ka Halwa (Carrot Halwa Recipe)
Gajar ka Halwa is everyone's favorite sweet dish during the winter season, but everyone has their own way of making it. Some people fry the carrots in ghee before adding milk and khoya, while others only add milk. Some cook the carrots in milk and then fry them in ghee before adding sugar. I cooked the carrots in milk and then fried them in ghee before adding sugar. The amount of milk is equal to the amount of carrots. After cooking in milk, the color of the halwa becomes a bit dull, but it improves after adding ghee and sugar. Mrinalini SinhaTranslated from Cookpad India -
