Ingredients

  1. 100 gmMoong daal yellow soaked and grinded (pitthi)
  2. 1 tbspChopped Fresh coriander leaves
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 1/4 tspGinger Green chilli paste
  5. 1 tspOil
  6. 1 tspjeera powder
  7. 1 pinchHing

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl take grinded daal, mix ginger chilli paste,hing and jeera powder and salt to taste

  2. 2

    Beat for a while till the mixture becomes fluffy.

    Heat appe pan on gas and grease with oil

  4. 4

    Pour a spoonful of batter in each cavity and let it cook for 3 minutes approximately on medium low flame

  5. 5

    Turn and cook from all sides till done. It will take 3_4 minutes more

  6. 6

    Take it out and see how your kids enjoy😋 them. Not a single piece will be back home in lunch box 😊

    My tip : Can mix green chutney in batter if your kid likes spicy and chatpta flavour. Also grated veggies can be added in this batter making it more healthy.
