Ingredients

2 serving
  1. 2 cupsPeriwrinkle
  2. Salt
  3. 1/2 kgMeat
  4. 2Dry fish
  5. 4 piecesfresh pepper
  6. 2cksp Cray Fish
  7. 2cksp Palmoil
  8. Ofo
  9. cubesRoyco
  10. Onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove the bones from the dry fish rinse with warm water and salt.set aside.

  2. 2

    Boil the meat and dry fish,spice it with onion,salt and stock cubes when is soft,add 3 cups of water and palmoil.

    As is boiling,dissolve the ofo in a paste and put in the pot.it will thicken after few minute allow it continue boiling for 15minutes.

    Put Cray Fish,fresh pepper,Salt and royco cubes after 10minutes

  5. 5

    Rinse the periwrinkle and pour in turn the soup.
