Adding jam to this toast bread came last minute and is very sweet.

Whisk egg in a bowl,drain the oil from the sardine and mix together with butter.

Scoope out and spread in a bread,Put jam and cover with another slice.
- 3
Place in the toaster and toast for 2minutes.Repeat till the bread finishes.
