Wanted something different from my regular soups. It was so delish, you can even use it for rice sef. 😍
Cooking Instructions

Season cow head, add uyayak, pepper and boil with very little water for a bit.

Boil palmfruit till soft and pound softly.. pour little hot water into it.

Use a strainer to get out liquid from the palmfruit and pour into meat pot and boil till soft and palm fruit liquid has thickened.

Put in your washed, sliced and slightly pounded Atama leaf.

Season to taste.

Boil for 5 minutes and bring down from fire.

Eat with any swallow of choice.
