A night before, pour ½ a cup of boiling water over the tea bag, leave to steep 5 mins, take out tea bag and pour in your dry raisins to soak overnight.

Pour all dry ingredients into a sieve and sieve it into a bowl.

Break eggs into a bowl, beat it add oil, sugar and whisk till sugar dissolves. Add earl grey tea, mashed bananas and raisins

Mix thoroughly and pour into cake tin and bake for 1 HR.
