Homemade Banana Bread

Banana Bread has a lot of health benefits such as healthy heart, energy boost etc. It can be taken as a snack or a main dish.
Cooking Instructions

Mix the dry ingredients together I.e flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg

In a separate bowl, mash the bananas with either a fork or mixer, add the egg, sugar, oil, water/milk. Mix all together

Pour the mixed dry ingredients into the banana mix bit by bit I.e pour, mix, pour again, mix and so on.
Add any extra ingredients of your by choice e.g chocolate, almond nut, Oreos etc - 4
Mix everything together till you get a good batter (not too thick and not to light).

Pour the batter into the loaf pan (greased loaf pan)
Add any topping of your choice - 6
Put it in the oven and bake for 45mins - 1 hour

When ready, allow it to cool. Cut into as much slices as you want.
