Ingredients

  1. 1 Cupbutter - softened
  2. 1 Cupsugar
  3. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  4. 1Egg - Room temp.
  5. 2 1/2 cupsFlour
  6. 1 CupHeath Toffee Bits

Cooking Instructions

    Cream buttrr & sugar together. Add in egg and vanilla mix until well combined. Stir in flour. Mixing until fully incorporated. Fold in Heath Toffee Bits.

    Divide dough in half and place dough onto plastic wrap. Form dough into a log about 6" long and 1&1/2" round. Refrigerate dough 1-2 hours. Or until nice and firm.

    Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove plastic wrap. Cut into 1/4" slices and place 2" apart. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly brown.

    I usually Freeze some of my Cookies for later or if somebody drops by. Let them cool. I vacuum sealed mine. Get out of freezer. They thaw in no time.

Yes, I’m from USA but moved to Australia over 50 years ago. They have skors here, they are same structure so you only hate crush them to desired size.
