Happy New year everyone oooo...so on New year day decided to Cook sumtin different.. Got tired of rice but not of chicken so I decided y not pepper soup and yam...and that's how this food came about..took it with a chilled juice...lol

Its only when you get the cold or it gets cold this dish seems to surface for an evening meal. Nothing fancy on this one, except I chose all Organic ingredients for a better "lifestyle", still taste great.

This chicken is so flavourful, moist and juicy. It is a combination of so many flavours and they just come together to create this perfect grilled chicken, this is definitely a family friendly recipe and everyone will love it.For the seasoning, I used onion,garlic and ginger puree, as this works best for me but powder should do a decent job as well.
