Ingredients

25 to 28 minutes
8 servings
  1. 4large skinless chicken breast
  2. 3/4 cupbrown sugar
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tsppepper
  5. 1 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1 tspcrole seasoning (I use Tony Chachere's)
  7. 1/2 tspcayenne pepper (can cut to 1/4 tsp not as spicy)
  8. 1/2 tspchipotle chile seasoning (can cut to 1/4tsp not as spicy)
  9. 1/2 tspseasoned salt (I like Lawry's)
  10. 16 slicesbacon
  11. Barbecue sauce (I like Head Country)
  12. 1 (8 oz)cream cheese spread
  13. jartammed jalapeños

Cooking Instructions

25 to 28 minutes
  1. 1

Preheat oven 375. Take chicken breast and filet them.

  2. 2

In a mixing bowl add all spices and mix well together.

  3. 3

Take each filet of chicken one at a time and rub spices on both sides and place on a plate.

  4. 4

Place a tbsp of cream cheese in the center with 2 to 3 jalapeño on top of cream cheese. Drizzle some barbecue sauce on top of cream cheese.

  5. 5

Fold chicken in half and wrap two pieces of bacon around to hold together.

  6. 6

Place on a wire rack over a cooking pan so chicken grease will drip in pan.

  7. 7

After placing all on wire rack drizzle barbecue sauce on top of bacon and place in oven for 25 minutes. Then for 2 to 3 minutes turn oven to broil to make bacon crispy on top. Enjoy.....
