Ingredients

  1. 200 gmrajma (soaked)
  2. 1 bowltomato puree
  3. 1 cuponion paste
  4. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  5. 2green chilli chopped
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tsprajma masala
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  12. pinchhing
  13. to tastesalt
  14. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Soaked the rajma overnight or 8 hours.

    After soaked boil the rajma.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a pan add hing and cumin seeds when crackle add onion paste and green chillies and saute it.

    After saute the onion paste add tomato puree and spices and saute till leave the oil on sides.

  5. 5

    Add boiled rajma and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve with rice.
