  1. 1packed fresh mushroom
  2. 250 gramminced fish
  3. 2spoonfull maizena
  4. Sugar,salt,pepper,chicken powder
  5. 2spoonfull olyester sauce
  6. 1spoonfull light soy sauce
  7. 1 spoonsesame oil
  8. 3 clovegarlic
  9. 1 cmginger

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash mushroom and leaf aside than put minced fish in bowl together with maizena,pepper,sugar,salt,chicken powder mixed

    Than put minced fish upper mushroom and prepare frying pan to fry mushroon till golden yellow put aside

  3. 3

    Take another frying pan put little oil than fry garlic ginger together till fragant than put little water,olyester sauce,light soy sauce,sugar until boiling the water than put mushroom inside cook around 3 menit than put little maizena last put sesame oil,,,serve hot
