Vegetable Stew Vegetable Stew
I used my left over vegetables . One egg plant was gone half bad, used my frozen tomatoes , and add a can of black beans. You can use any can of legumes ( chickpeas , white beans, but lentils would not be a good idea, )if you don’t want to use oven you can use same pot to cook if you are too lazy or have no time. . I think putting then to oven make taste better. Rae -
BACON n BEANS Soup (crockpot) BACON n BEANS Soup (crockpot)
My Dad loved beans with every meal, so I cannot eat them without thinking of him and "home". You may use this recipe with any kind of beans. Navy beans or pinto beans are good made with ham too and I would not add lemon pepper to pinto beans. sandra53 -
Mixed Beans Mixed Beans
When there’s a little bit of dry black beans, a few baby Limas, and a tad bit of pintos left and there’s not enough of one to cook for a meal. Ya mix’em all together! Throw in some ham, a lil bit’o onion and garlic…. Yum! Tasty! Sonya Bankester -
Homemade Beans Homemade Beans
Growing up I remember my mom would always have homemade beans ready, for breakfast, or lunch or dinner. There was always some ready. My mom would freeze her beans also to have them ready for a fast meal. She showed me how to make these growing up so I could pass down the recipe to my kids one day.selina1figueroa

Morroccan Beans with Garlic and Bacon Morroccan Beans with Garlic and Bacon
I am currently trying out delicious ways to eat Moroccan beans. The crunchiness of Moroccan beans is good, so make sure not to over-boil. Make sure to fry the bacon and garlic properly so that it doesn't burn. For 1-2 people. Recipe by bobitin cookpad.japan -
Refried Beans - Slow Cooker Refried Beans - Slow Cooker
This is, by far, the easiest way to make homemade refried beans. It does take some planning ahead, but for the most part, this recipe is very hands off. These are creamy and nicely seasoned. They're not spicy, so long as you remove the seeds from the jalapeno. Feel free to substitute the pinto beans for black beans to mix things up. Christina -

BBQ Baked Beans BBQ Baked Beans
We love a good grill-out, but not too fond of overly sweet - BBQ sauce laden mushy beans with no flavor. This recipe fit the bill. Use the beans you love - the mix of varieties is nice to look at too. kate -

Red Beans & Rice Red Beans & Rice
Note: this is what happens when there’s not many “rice” eaters in the fam. Most of the beans and sausage is eaten and mostly bean juice and rice is left over. That’s when the juice and rice is mixed together for another dish. #GlobalApron 2024 Sonya Bankester
