Ingredients

  1. 1 cupkhoya/mawa
  2. 1/4milk powder
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. As neededghee

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee and add khoya/mawa

  2. 2

    Stir well and allow it to melt

  3. 3

    Add milk powder and mix

  4. 4

    Now add sugar mix stirring briskly on low heat

  5. 5

    As it releases the pan switch off and cool a little

  6. 6

    Now grease your palm and take small portion of the mixture to form modak or use mould to give shape.
