Cooking Instructions

Seive the 250g of rice flour.

Seive again the 50g of flour and 1/3 spoon baking powder.

Add 5 spoons of sugar.

Add 1 spoon of olive oil.
- 5
Add egg to the dry ingredients.

Add the warm milk to the mixture. Bit by bit, so as not to have a sticky dough.

Mix thoroughly to get a soft dough that is not sticky to the fingers.

Pinch the dough and make it flat. Stuff it with chocolate and mould it back into a round shape.

Do the same to the rest of the dough.

Fry it in a deep fryer at low heat, until golden brown.
