Took my time in making hubby's breakfast

In a dry bowl mix all the dry ingredients together and mix.

Add water to make a smooth paste.

Also add milk and egg to mix very well as well.

Heat up frying pan on fire,put in 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil.pour in paste spread and put veg oil on the edges of the pan so that it wont stick to the pan.

Remove from pan after 3mins,repeat till the paste finish.

Heat up vegetable oil,cut the sausage into 2 and fry for 2minutes.

Place another oil on the heat break egg in it and fry on a low heat for 1min.

Cut the fresh tomatoe into 2 and serve all in one serving.

The texture of a good Martabak Manis has to to be soft and chewy with its distinct honeycomb texture visible.
