Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsRice
  2. 1 kgPomo
  3. 1/4 kgfresh Pepper
  4. Small Cabbage
  5. 3Carrots
  6. 1cksp Mayonise
  7. 1big Cucumber
  8. 1 tinSweet Corn
  9. Curry
  10. 3 cubesKnorr
  11. Vegetable oil
  12. 2Onion
  13. 3big Green pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Rinse and cut cabbage,carrots and cucumber.soak the cabbage in warm water add Salt for 5mins.Drain and mix with carrots,cucumber and mayonnaise.

    Boil the pomo with salt,onion and stock cubes boil till is tender then blend roughly and boil together with it adding salt and onion.

  3. 3

    Parboil rice for 20minutes,heat up vegetable oil add onion,carrots,sweet corn,green pepper,garlic,ginger and stock cubes fry and pour in the parboiled rice.

    Stir very well add salt if need be do it in batches to get a good tasty meal.
