Cooking Instructions

Wash your fish with salt till it’s not slimy and cut in your desired sizes

Blend tomatoes peppers and onion roughly not smooth, chop all your vegetables
- 3
Heat up your oil and fry the blended tomato-pepper mix, ensure not to over fry
- 4
Add in your stock cubes, salt, a little curry, blended ginger and garlic, then add in some water just enough to cook your fish

Once it begins to boil, place your fish into the sauce and allow to cook.

Once fish is cooked, pour in your vegetables turn off the heat and allow to simmer
- 7
It’s ready to serve with white rice or whatever you desire. Voila!
