Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmillet and sorghum paste lump
  2. 1 1/2 cupcoconut milk
  3. 2 tbspcocoa powder
  4. 1 tbspsugar
  5. 3 tbspgrenadine syrup(you can use zobo syrup as substitute)
  6. Sugar as desired

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Make a smooth paste with the coconut milk, remain some for later use...

  2. 2

    Make chocolate paste with the cocoa powder, 1tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp milk...

  3. 3

    Boil water and pour over the kunu paste, mix well to make a thick consistency...

  4. 4

    Divide kunu into 3 portions and tint 1 with chocolate paste, 1 with grenadine syrup and 1 with the remaining coconut milk...

  5. 5

    Add sugar to each portion according to taste as sugar quantity will vary according to ingredient used...

  6. 6

    Get a cup of choice and layer your colored kunu as desired...
