Ingredients

  1. 1 cupPoha
  2. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  3. 1/4 cupraw peanuts
  4. 1 tbspoil
  5. 1 tspRai
  6. Curry leaves 10
  7. Lemon
  8. 1 tsphaldi
  9. 1 tspred chilli
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspsugar
  12. leavesCoriander
  13. Pomegranate seeds to garnish
  14. Sev to garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First wash the Poha under cold water Drain water.keep aside

  2. 2

    Take a pan. Add oil roast peanuts & keep aside.now add Rai roasy till it cracks.now add Curry leaves.greenchilli, & peanuts.

    Add onion chopped and saute till transluscent.

  4. 4

    Add turmeric, salt,red chilli powder,& a pinch of sugar.Add Poha & mix well

  5. 5

    Saute for a minute.add coriander leaves& pomegranate seeds to garnish

  6. 6

    Serve hot with sev on top
