  3. Panla fish
  4. Daddawa
  5. Pepper
  6. Ugwu
  7. Onions
  8. Tattase
  9. Ginger
  10. Garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Grate all the kayan miya

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pot fry with onions

  3. 3

    Add d kayan miya

  4. 4

    Put the seasoning, salt, daddawa and allow it to boil

  5. 5

    Wash ur rice and add

  6. 6

    Add d grounded crayfish

  7. 7

    When it's almost done add ur smoky panla, ugwu and onions allow it to simmer
