Ok guys I have been down with malaria and craving so much for a locally made rice so hubby prepared this vegetable red oil for us and it was yummy. Cooked with smoked fish,locust beans and lots of crayfish and fresh pepper.

Steps

1

Perboil rice and put back in the pot. Add all ingredients but add the smoke fish last so as not to dissolved completely in the food.
2

When the rice is done add in your ugwu leaf(pumpkin) and allow to simmer for 5 min.
