So yesterday I went to market to get garri and my eyes caught these tiny fishes and I flashed back to when I was in Niger state and how yummy and delicious the fish was then.. I quickly bought some and use them to make this delicious jollof rice 😋😋😋😋for the house

So yesterday I went to market to get garri and my eyes caught these tiny fishes and I flashed back to when I was in Niger state and how yummy and delicious the fish was then.. I quickly bought some and use them to make this delicious jollof rice 😋😋😋😋for the house
Cooking Instructions

Wash your rice with warm water properly and set aside

Place a pot of oil on fire and then add your diced onion
- 3
Add your tomato and pepper and fry for like 3mins. Add water. Then add your seasoning cubes, salt, Benny and curry. Then wash your fish and pour inside. Cover and allow to simmer then pour your rice, stir together and cover to cook

Add your blended crayfish when water dries up, stir together and put down the pot

Your delicious rice is ready. Serve hot with any soft drink or a cup of water 🙌🙌.. Still your favorite chef.
