Ingredients

  1. 5 cupsflour,pinch of salt, 1 cup butter,teaspoon baking powder
  2. Oil,minced meat, diced pototoes and carrots
  3. Onion, seasoning,ginger/garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add flour, baking powder,salt and butter.mix with ur fingers to combine.add water bit by bit to form a dough.cover the dough for 10mins.

    Make balls.roll out each into a circle and fill with the cooked minced meat and potatoes. Apply water on the edge of flour paste.this will prevent the pie from opening while frying. Cover and seal with a fork or place on a meat pie cutter and cut.

    Fry in hot oil on medium heat until golden brown.remove from oil and place in a paper towel to drain excess oil.your fried meat pies are ready to be enjoyed.
