Mix the flour with vegetable oil and salt

Add yeast and baking powder

Then mix again, add water to form a dough.

Then cut with a meat pie cutter

Add the filling and deep fry in a hot oil.

Cover the dough and allow to rest for 10 minutes.

Add the meat (half cooked), cabbage, onions, green pepper, atarudu in a pan

And cook for 5 minutes with little oil, salt and seasonings

Knead the dough again and roll
