Ingredients

  1. 1large head of cabbage
  2. 1 sticksalted butter
  3. 1 packbacon
  4. 1/3 cupsugar
  5. 2 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspblack pepper
  7. 1onion
  8. 1/2vegetable oil
  9. 2 cupswater
  10. cloveGarlic
  11. 4chicken bullion cubes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop up onion and bacon put onto a deep pot brown bacon and onion

  2. 2

    Add oil and water along with all seasonings and spices bring to a boil

  3. 3

    Chop cabbage and add to pot

  4. 4

    Keep cabbage at a constant boil (on medium) so it will not burn ....cover pot

  5. 5

    Stir every 10 minutes or so for 60 minutes

  6. 6

    Remove from heat and enjoy!!!!
