Ingredients

for 2 people
  1. 3-4Onions
  2. 1 cupGram flour
  3. 3Green chillies
  4. 5-6Curry leaves
  5. 1 tbspAjawain/ carom
  6. 1 tbspChilli powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. as neededOil
  9. as neededSoda

Cooking Instructions

    Take 3 or 4 onions and cut them vertically.Pour some salt and chilli powder into chopped onions and keep it cover for 10 min.

    Take 1 cup of gram flour in prepared onion mixture add chopped green chillies,curry leaves,chopped coriander,ajawain seeds and mix them with water.

    At last put little bit soda in mixture and make the bhajiyas paste thin.

  4. 4

    Leave little amount of mixture in oil with the help of fork and fry them at low to medium flame. Your kana bhaji are ready.
