Cooking Instructions

Pick out dirt's from ur beans,wash and boil on high heat for about 20 mins.

Strain off water and put a fresh water and continue boiling on very high heat for 30-40 mins

Add ur sliced onions and continue boiling.

Blend d other onion and pepper coarsely and set aside.

Peel,wash,cut and put ur yam in a pot of boiling salted water and cook for 15-20 mins till done and strain out.

Check to see if ur beans is soft,if its very soft then its done,if not,add more water and continue boiling till soft. A pressure cooker is better in cases like this.

Once d beans is done,add ur blended onion,crayfish,salt and oil,stir thoroughly and cook for abt 10 mins until done.

Ur beans and yam is ready. U can serve with rice,unripe and ripe plantain,fried plantain.
