Ingredients

  1. Red meat(nama mai 1 kilo kashi(bones)
  2. 4Scotch bonnet(attaruhu)
  3. Onions 1 big
  4. Flour 2 tbsp cup
  5. 1/4 cupWater
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 3 cubesMaggi
  8. 1 sliceGarlic
  9. 1 tspCurry
  10. 1 tspThyme
  11. leavesMint
  12. 1/4 cupOil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and boil the meat with salt,curry,thyme and garlic untill soft,add chopped attaruhu,onions and fry with oil.

    Make a paste by adding water to the flour,pour in to the soup and stir well,the soup will thicken.

  3. 3

    Lastly add maggi and chopped mint leaves,cook for few mints and off the fire,serve with white rice,past and bread.
