    Peel, wash and boil potatoes, cook minced meat with spices and seasonings till tender, add carrots and peas

    Mash potatoes with some butter till smooth and lump free

  3. 3

    In a baking pan, spread the minced meat and top with a thick layer of the potatoes, beat one egg and brush to top for perfect golden brown.
