Cooking Instructions

    1- Fijita chicken marinade.
    *lime/lemon juice
    *Garlic (crushed)
    *Cumin(powder)
    *scotch bonnet(chopped)
    *Salt
    *Maggi

    Mix all ingredients and keep a side, Pierce the chicken with a fork,add the mixed ingredients on to the chicken and marinade for 3hrs.

    2-Lemon-Honey marinade.

    *Lemon juice
    *Honey
    *Salt
    *Maggi
    *Soy sauce
    *Garlic (crushed)
    *Oil
    *Scotch bonnet(attaruhu)

    Mix all ingredients and keep a side, cut/pierce the chicken with knife or fork,add the mixed ingredients to the chicken and mix well,marinade for 3hrs.

    3-Pineapple Marinade.

    *pineapple juice
    *Salt
    *maggi
    *vinegar
    *cloves (crushed)
    *Garlic
    *Oil

    Mix all ingredients and keep a side, cut/pierce the chicken with knife or fork,add the mixed ingredients to the chicken and mix well,marinade for 2hrs.

    4-Peppered marinade

    *Scotch bonnet
    *lemon zest
    *Garlic(crushed)
    *black pepper (powder)
    *cinnamon (powder)
    *salt
    *maggi
    *oil

    Mix all ingredients and keep a side, cut/pierce the chicken with knife or fork,add the mixed ingredients to the chicken and mix well,marinade for 3hrs.

    5- Orange-Onion Marinade.

    *Orange juice
    *Onions(chopped)
    *Cinnamon (powder)
    *Salt
    *maggi
    *oil

    Mix all ingredients and keep a side, cut/pierce the chicken with knife or fork,add the mixed ingredients to the chicken and mix well,marinade for 2hrs.

    6-Curry marinade

    *Curry powder
    *Garlic (crushed)
    *Cloves (powder)
    *Vinegar
    *Salt
    *Maggi
    *Oil

    Mix all ingredients and keep a side, cut/pierce the chicken with knife or fork,add the mixed ingredients to the chicken and mix well,marinade for 2hrs.

    7- Garam Masala Marinade

    *Cloves (powder)
    *Ginger (powder)
    *Garlic (crushed)
    *Cumin(powder)
    *Rosemary
    *Mint(chopped)
    *Salt
    *Maggi
    *Vinegar/lemon juice
    *Oil

    Mix all ingredients and keep a side, cut/pierce the chicken with knife or fork,add the mixed ingredients to the chicken and mix well,marinade for 3hrs.
