Ingredients

1 serving
  1. Fresh tomatoes
  2. Salt
  3. Beans
  4. Vegetable
  5. Fresh fish
  6. Onions
  7. Knorr seasoning
  8. Palmoil
  9. Ginger

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and season the fish with onion,salt and knorr cubes then boil for 5minutes.fry in vegetable oil.

  2. 2

    Parboil beans to be soft rinse and bleach palmoil fry crayfish,pepper,onion then stock and a cup of water from the fish pour in the parboiled beans and stir as is boiling add salt,ginger and knorr cubes when is done.

  3. 3

    Cut vegetable and fresh tomatoes to serve with it.
