Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 50 gramsOnion
  2. 70 gramsPlain cooked rice
  3. 150 gramsSilken tofu
  4. 2Button mushrooms
  5. 1 1/2 tspChicken soup stock granules
  6. 1 dashSalt
  7. 1Green onions
  8. 1Ponzu

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Finely chop the onion and mushrooms.

  2. 2

    Add 350 ml of water to a saucepan along with the onion and heat.

  3. 3

    Once the onion has become translucent, add the plain cooked rice, mushrooms and chicken soup stock granules.

  4. 4

    Simmer gently over low heat until the rice swells up and begins to break apart.

  5. 5

    Add the tofu and bring to the boil while lightly breaking the tofu apart. Sample the taste and add salt if desired.

    Add the green onions and ponzu to your preference ☆
